We schedule these newsletters to come out mid/late Winter and Summer each
year, but actually we now figure that it is impossible to accurately schedule
because of the many conflicting demands on our time. So this issue is late
but future issues will come out when they come out! Key is that it always
comes out twice a year, and that is not compromised. This edition has a contribution
by Andreas Vourkos of Pollfish, giving his spin on user retention. This issue's
in-house article returns to the nature of randomness and how this impacts
the user experience. |
