This fixes a problem in Rubber play where the
cards swap hands when returning from the Bidding Summary if the
starting dealer is not North. It also fixes a problem in the Tournament
Room where the Club trophy is awarded for winning the Regional Event
and the player therefore cannot progress to the World Championship.
